How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

My company is very small, I work out of my loft. I don't have a warehouse, or employees that are packing orders for me. Every single order is packed by either me, or my partner. I try to ship every Monday, and Friday. Sometimes life gets in the way, and I don't have the time to ship your order immediately. You might have to wait up to 5 days for your package to ship out.

 

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Insured shipping methods are offered at checkout. If you choose not to purchase an insured shipping method, you will NOT be offered a refund, replacement, or reimbursement for a lost or damaged package. No exceptions.

If you choose an insured shipping method, your package will be fully insured by Shipsurance. In the event that your insured package is lost, or damaged in transit, I will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping, and we have no plans to offer it in the future.

 

Do you ship to California?

No. My Payment Processor said I can't sell, or ship to California :(

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Returns/Exchanges.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs, for the return.
